Create your balloon garland in 4 easy steps.

Inflate your balloons

Inflate your latex balloons using an electric pump (not included), or a hand pump (not included). Knot the mouth of each inflated balloon.
Inflate the foil balloons with a hand pump or a straw. We do not recommend using an electric pump for the foil balloons.

Insert balloons in the decorating strip

We recommend that you only use the medium size balloons for this step.
Insert the knotted end of an inflated balloon into a hole in the decorating strip. Slide the knotted end through the slit and into the smaller hole to lock it in place.
Repeat this step.

Fill holes using smaller balloons

Use smaller balloons to fill holes, empty spaces, and to give your balloon garland a fuller look.

Hang your balloon garland using wall hooks

Install 2 wall hooks (not included) on your wall, spaced 3-4 feet apart.
Using the magic balloon provided in your kit, make a loop through the first hole in the strip. Attach the loop to the first wall hook.
Once securely hung, adjust your balloon garland. Use any leftover balloons to fill in holes and spaces.
